Sign Up
Get started by signing up our our platform. Provide your name and email address , and select your membership type. As an employer, select "employer". After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation asking you to verify your email.

Complete your profile
Complete your profile by providing additional details such as your profile picture, full name, and bio in the required fields.
- Fill in your full name and profile picture on the profle page
- Give a bio describing your industry or business
- Mention your hiring expectations if you like

Verify your identity
ID verification is required to have full access to the site. You will be asked to provide your phone number, address, ID number and you will upload a copy of your identity document. The admin will ascertain that all the information you provide are correct and also look at your profile and experience to ensure you are qualified to join the site. The admin may reach out to you for additional information before approving your account.

Post projects (or buy gigs)
Once verified, you can create jobs (projects) or buy gigs (tasks) that freelancers already placed in the Workbase 365 marketplace.
- Use the "create project" tab to initate a project and provide all the details
- Post the project and invite freelancers to apply or just leave it for interested freelancers to find it on the marketplace and apply
- You can also check out gigs (tasks) posted directly by freelancers

Choose the best freelancers for your projects
Be as detailed as you can be when describing requirements in your job posts and when discussing with candidates before you hire. There should be no hidden expectations. Ask the potential candidate questions and be satisfied they can do the job before you hire. Then agree on pricing and payment terms.

Step #06
Review and approve work
For every offer you give, you are expected to pay for the service in advance. However, this payment will not be released to the freelancer until they submit their work and you approve it. The money is held in the system until the work is completed. Your approval releases the fund to the freelancer. If you are not satisfied with the work, you can ask the freelancer to revise their work. If freelancer fail to meet up with the work, you can raise a dispute to get your money back.
- You will need to fund your project before freelancer starts work
- Use milestones to break projects into smaller tasks and fund per milestone
- Once freelancer submits work, review and approve work or ask for revisions
- Give your approval to release fund to freelancer or raise a dispute to admin get your money back if you've think freelancer fails to deliver even after asking for revisions.
- For disputes, admin will review project and conversations between client and freelancer to determine dispute outcomes.
