Sign Up
Get started by signing up our our platform. Provide your name and email address , and select your membership type. As a freelancer, select "freelancer". After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation asking you to verify your email.

Step #02
Complete your profile
Complete your profile by providing additional details such as your bio and skills, educational qualifications and work experience. You can also set your preferred rate if you were to bill a client by the hour.

Step #03
Verify your identity
ID verification is required to have full access to the site. You will be asked to provide your phone number, address, ID number and you will upload a copy of your identity document. The admin will ascertain that all the information you provide are correct and also look at your profile and experience to ensure you are qualified to join the site. The admin may reach out to you for additional information before approving your account.

Step #04
Apply for Jobs or Create Gigs (tasks)
Once verified, you can now apply for jobs (projects) that match your skills and competencies on Workbase 365. You can also create gigs (tasks) and put price tags on it for potential clients to check out.

- Create gigs for potential clients to buy

Step #05
Focus on excellent job delivery
Show your clients the stuff you've got. First ensure you understand the client's requirements and ask questions if you need to. Beyond that, you should understand the problem the client is trying to solve and own it. Prove yourself as a professional and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding work.

Step #06
Get paid
You've put in the hard work, now is the time to get rewarded for it. Clients are required to make a payment commitment once you've accepted the client's offer or vice versa. This payment is held in escrow until you've delivered the work and the client is satisfied. Once client approves your work, your payment is released to your profile wallet and you can withdraw immediately it is available.
